Scope of this page: this covers use of the website - requesting quotes, creating an account, and the information you submit here. It does not set out the commercial terms of carriage for an actual freight booking (liability for cargo loss or damage, claims procedures, GIT insurance terms, payment default terms, etc.) - those are governed by the formal quote/invoice/agreement issued for each shipment, not by this page.

Using this website

You may use this website to request freight quotes, create an account, and communicate with us about a shipment. You agree to provide accurate information when doing so - pricing and route planning depend on the details you give us (weight, cargo type, origin and destination).

Quotes and pricing

A quote requested through this website is an estimate, not a confirmed booking, until you receive a formal quote from us and it is accepted in writing (including by email). Prices may change based on the actual cargo, route, or border conditions at the time of dispatch.

Payment

We do not display or request banking details through this website. Where payment is required, banking details are provided only on a formal invoice sent directly to you. We will never ask you to pay based on banking details shown on a webpage - always verify against your invoice, and contact us directly if anything about a payment request looks unusual.

No warranty on website availability
